Refund policy
At Forged3dCreations, a division of Bobby & Camille's Prints LLC, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your 3D printed creations. Each item is made with care and precision, specifically for you.
1. Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include any accompanying accessories, manuals, or parts.
- Be free from damage or signs of wear not present at the time of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom and intricate nature of 3D printing, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your specifications or with personalized text/designs.
- Items showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or improper handling after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Digital products.
4. 3D Printing Specifics & Expectations: Please note that 3D printed items, by their nature, may have minor imperfections such as visible layer lines, slight variations in color (due to filament batches), or small blemishes that are inherent to the FDM 3D printing process. These are generally not considered defects unless they significantly impair the item's function or aesthetic beyond reasonable expectations. Our articulated models are designed to move, but excessive force or improper handling can cause breakage.
5. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at bobby.gailey@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos or a video showing the issue.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping:
- For Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product upon arrival), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse you for return shipping costs upon inspection.
- For Other Returns (e.g., change of mind): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bobby.gailey@gmail.com.
9. Exchanges (Defective Items Only): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bobby.gailey@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue, and we will guide you through the process.
