Shipping policy
At Forged3dCreations, a division of Bobby & Camille's Prints LLC, each item is 3D printed with care specifically for your order. We strive to get your unique creations to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time:
- Since most of our products are made to order, we require time to 3D print, clean, and prepare your items for shipment.
- Our standard order processing time is typically 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed until it is ready to ship.
- Please note that larger orders, complex multi-color prints, or peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may require additional processing time. We will communicate any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
- We primarily ship via USPS.
- During checkout, you will have the option to choose from available shipping speeds such as:
- Standard Shipping: [Estimated Delivery Time, e.g., 3-4 business days after processing]
- Expedited Shipping: [Estimated Delivery Time, e.g., 2-3 business days after processing]
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time on orders exceeding a certain value.
4. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- While we pack every item with care, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged in transit.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at bobby.gailey@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if applicable. Bobby & Camille's Prints LLC / Forged3dCreations is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
