2. About Forged3dCreations: Forged3dCreations is the online and in-person storefront for Bobby & Camille's Prints LLC, located in Logan, Utah. We specialize in producing high-quality 3D printed items, including articulated creatures, dragons, gaming accessories, and more.

3. Product Information:

  • Nature of 3D Prints: Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, products may exhibit minor imperfections such as visible layer lines, slight variations in color between filament batches, or small blemishes. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and are generally not considered defects. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary slightly.
  • Articulated Models: Our articulated models are designed with moving parts. While durable, excessive force or improper handling can lead to breakage.
  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product availability but cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at all times.

4. Orders and Acceptance:

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Forged3dCreations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention system.
  • In the event we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders:

  • For custom or personalized orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of any designs, text, or specifications you provide.
  • By providing us with a design or file, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that design and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Forged3dCreations / Bobby & Camille's Prints LLC harmless from any claims arising from the use of designs you provide.

  • You may create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
